Learned counsel for respondent No.14 has brought to the notice of this Court that a separate appeal was filed by the landowners Smt. Parwati and others, bearing RFA-809-2018 and that a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide
order dated 10.05.2019 had set aside the impugned order dated 18.03.2014 and had remanded the matter to the Reference Court. Learned counsel submits further that the matter is still pending before the Reference Court in terms of the aforesaid order dated 10.05.2019. A copy of the said order has also been placed on record.

In view of the aforesaid, present appeal has been rendered infructuous, as the matter already stands remanded to the Reference Court.

Accordingly, present appeal is disposed of in terms of the order dated 10.05.2019 passed in RFA-809-2018.
