(ORAL) 1. The present appeal has been filed seeking enhancement of the compensation awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Panipat vide Award dated 07.05.2013. 2. As per the order dated 31.05.2023, passed by this Court, the findings of the Tribunal on Issue No.2 regarding quantum of compensation, were set aside and the matter was remitted to the Tribunal for passing a fresh order on the said issue and report in this regard was also called. 3. In terms of the aforesaid order dated 31.05.2023, the Tribunal had sent a compliance report, whereby, it has been informed that Issue No.2 has been adjudicated afresh and the matter has been disposed of vide Award dated 13.09.2023, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Panipat.
