Since both the appeals arise out of the same judgments and decrees passed by the Courts below, the same are taken up together for adjudication and are being decided by way of this VIJAY ASIJA 2026.04.27 20.02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document request of learned counsel for the parties, the matters were referred to the Mediation and Concili possibility of an amicable settlement. Mediation and Conciliation Centre, wherein it has been recorded that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes into a Settlement/Compromise dated 22.04.2026, which stands annexed with the report of the learned Mediator. disputes inter se Settlement/Compromise. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that, in furtherance of the settlement, an amount of whereas the remaining amount of appellant to the respondents upon the sale of the suit shop and subject to sanction of mutation of the said shop by the Market Committee, Rewari. made by learned counsel for the par disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved. The Settlement/Compromise dated 22.04.2026 is accordingly taken on record and shall form part of this order. RSA Nos.3263 and 4084 of 2014 (O & M) On the last date of hearing i.e. 21.04.2026, at the joint request of learned counsel for the parties, the matters were referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement. A report dated 23.04.2026 has been received from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, wherein it has been recorded that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes into a Settlement/Compromise dated 22.04.2026, which stands annexed with the report of the learned Mediator. Learned counsel for the parties are inter se the parties now stand settled in terms of the aforesaid ettlement/Compromise. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that, in furtherance of the settlement, an amount of ₹35,00,000/- has already been received by the respondents, whereas the remaining amount of ₹50,00,000/ appellant to the respondents upon the sale of the suit shop and subject to sanction of mutation of the said shop by the Market Committee, In view of the settlement so arrived at, and the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court is satisfied that the disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved. The Settlement/Compromise dated 22.04.2026 is accordingly taken on record and shall form part of this order. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that, in furtherance of the settlement, an has already been received by the respondents, ₹50,00,000/- is to be paid by the appellant to the respondents upon the sale of the suit shop and subject to sanction of mutation of the said shop by the Market Committee, In view of the settlement so arrived at, and the statements ties, this Court is satisfied that the disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved.
