Mining Act Rules and Regulations, as being illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and fair, apart from being violative of Articles 14, 21 & 300-A of Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents grant transportation permit for transport of excavated granite by considering petitioner representation dated 10.1.2014 IA NO: 1 OF 2014(WPMP 5293 OF 2014 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents herein not to interfere in the transportation of excavated granite from the licenced quarry, in Survey No.338 (old Sy No.Gap area) of Pullur Village,S.R.
