ORDER:
1. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today.
2. Ms. V.Sirisha Rani, learned Standing counsel appearing for respondent No.2, on written instructions, submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by respondent No.2 and that the illegally constructed motor bike workshop in the cellar has been removed. She further submits that the entire ground floor has been rented out to a TVS showroom and that the commercial bank existing on the ground floor could not be disturbed.
3. Recording the same, the present writ petition is closed. There shall be no
order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
