1. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2. Sri P. Vengala Reddy, learned Standing counsel, appears for 2nd respondent. 3. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition alleging that notices dated 20.10.2014 and 28.10.2014 were issued without considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner on 25.10.2014. The said notices were issued by the 2nd respondent calling upon the petitioner to remove the structures bearing Door No.20-4-34/G2,S.No.126/1, 3 and 4, situated at Kothapalli Residential Area, Tirupati, Chittoor District. 4.
The learned Standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that, as there is no interim relief granted in the present writ petition, the respondent authorities would have taken further steps pursuant to the notices. 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, if the situation so demands. There shall be no order as to costs.
