Petitioner in question is stated to have been founded with the object to improve standards of rural people in health, education, agricultural and financial status in all respects. 2. Prayer in this writ petition is for setting aside UGC Regulation, 2010 to the extent of Rule No.4.4.5(1), as being bad, arbitrary, discriminatory, irrational and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner on the last date of hearing had been directed to seek instructions regarding survival of cause. Today, none appears 2 HCJ & NJS, J W.P.
