The said writ petition was disposed of in terms of the directions issued under para No.44 of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the Employees Provident Fund Organization and others vs. Sunil Kumar B. and others1. The issue is identical and has attained finality in terms of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
