RAVINDRA YANAMANDRA The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: It is submitted that the claim of the petitioner seeking higher pension as per the option exercised by the petitioner on 15.03.2007 was earlier considered by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.30608 of 2015. The said writ petition was disposed of in terms of the directions issued under para No.44 of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the Employees Provident Fund Organization and others vs. Sunil Kumar B. and others1. The issue is identical and has attained finality in terms of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. On these considerations, the Writ Petition is disposed off in terms of the directions issued under para No.44 in the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of the Employees Provident Fund Organization and others vs. Sunil Kumar B. and others.
