ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following main relief:
“to declare the proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent dated 19.11.2014 whereby the petitioners were
directed to stop the mining activities in their respective mining leases as illegal, ultra-virus, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same in the interest of justice and pass….”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to workout legal remedies in accordance with the law, for which, learned Assistant Government Pleader reported no objection.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to workout legal remedies in accordance with the law. No order as to costs.
