The Court made the following: ORDER: This Court on 07.02.2014 passed an interim direction whereby the respondents were directed to allow the petitioner to discharge her duty as sweeper in the office of the 4th respondent. The petitioner was aged about 40 years when the interim order was passed and the petitioner has served the respondents. 2. In pursuance of the interim orders, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim orders granted the respondents shall permit the petitioner to discharge her duties till she attains the age of superannuation. 3. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
