The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No. 4 submits that, in pursuance of the directions of this Court, the petitioner is continuing in service as on date. 3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim orders. It is further observed that the petitioner has about three to four years of service left before attaining the age of superannuation, and his services shall be continued until he attains the age of superannuation. 4. With this observation, writ petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
