GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: Precisely the Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not releasing the amount of Rs.49,991/- for the works executed by the petitioner, pursuant to the agreement dated 13.08.2018, for Confirmatory bores for Sub soil investigation and Soil testing for the work “Construction of Godown for proper Storage of VVPATs (Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trails) in the premises of EVMs Godown at Collectorate Compound, Guntur. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings, placed written instructions dated 22.04.2026 addressed by the Executive Engineer, (R&B) Division, Guntur, to the Government Pleader, TR&B Department, High Court Buildings, Nelapadu, Amaravati. As seen from the written instructions, the respondents have not disputed the amount due to the petitioner herein. It is stated that the bill amount was deposited in the D.D.O.’s bank account by the competent authority i.e. the Collector and District Magistrate, Guntur, for Rs.49,991/-. The said written instructions are part of the record. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to disburse the said amount to the petitioner herein within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of order.
