Heard Sri M. Sree Rama Rao, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri M. Radha Krishna, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri S. Vijaya Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri A.S.C. Bose, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporations.
2. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that the present Writ Petition is filed seeking compensation for an extent of Ac.8.166 square meters. He would submit that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Respondents have granted TDR Bonds in favour of the Writ Petitioner, and therefore, the cause does not survive.
3. Having so recorded, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Order as to Costs.
4. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
