The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has placed on record the Circular dated 18.05.2023, whereby the pay of the regular staff and contract teachers was enhanced as per the RPS, 2022. 2. It is also submitted that the petitioners are in service of the respondent on part-time basis on the revised pay. It is open for the petitioners to appear for the recruitment if any proposed by the respondents. 3. With the above observation writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
