1. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today.
2. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the cause in the present writ petition does not survive any further
consideration, as the petitioner was subsequently reinstated into service and, thereafter, upon a fresh enquiry conducted against him, his services came to be terminated thereafter.
3. Recording the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains for adjudication in the present writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. There shall be no
order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
