Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State drew the attention of this Court to the order dated 12.05.2017 passed in the aforesaid writ application, whereby this Court had directed that the matter be listed after disposal of S.L.P. (Civil) No. 12990 of 2015. 3. This Court has perused the report with regard to the aforesaid Special Leave Petition. It appears that S.L.P. (Civil) No. 12990 of 2015 was dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Patna High Court MJC No.718 of 2014(2) dt.17-08-2026 2/2 Court on 01.04.2019, observing that there was no reason to interfere with the matter. Accordingly, the said Special Leave Petition was dismissed. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State further submitted that no case of contempt is made out, as there has been no violation of the order dated 12.08.2013 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 13062 of 2013. 5. This Court has perused the order dated 12.08.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13062 of 2013 and upon consideration of the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, is satisfied that there has been no violation or disobedience of the aforesaid order on the part of the State. 6.
