It is seen that on earlier occasions also, i.e. on 19.07.2021, 24.08.2021, 24.05.2022 and 06.06.2025, none appeared for the petitioners when the matter was called for. Office Note dated 13.06.2022 reveals that High Court’s order dated 24.05.2022 was sent to the petitioner nos.1 to 123, vide Memo No.HCXXII 1090/WP dated 10.06.2022 to Memo No.HC XII 1214/WP dated 10.06.2022. It is also seen from Office Note dated 23.05.2025 that except the communication made to petitioner no.38 which had been received back with postal endorsement “No such addressee Rtd to Sender”, no further communication or report received back by Registry from any of the petitioners. None has filed any fresh vakalatnama for any of the petitioners though they were earlier represented by a counsel. In view of the aforesaid, the case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
