BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SOUMITRA SAIKIA ORDER 04.04. 2026 None appears for the petitioner on call. Mr. T. C. Chutia, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate appears for State Respondents. As per the last order dated 06.03.2025, it is seen that the submissions were made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that brief had been taken away by the petitioners from the engaged counsel. The Registry was directed to enquire as to whether any new set of counsel have entered appearance. Office Notes dated 28.08.2025 and 24.02.2026 reflect that no fresh Vakalatnama for engagement of new set of counsel have been filed on behalf of the petitioner. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that perhaps the writ petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim Orders, if any, stands vacated. Pending IAs are also dismissed. JUDGE Page No.# 3/3 Comparing Assistant
