The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that this writ petition has become infructuous as the grievance of the writ petitioner stood redressed, and accordingly the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the petition any further. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also placed before the Court a copy of the communication dated 04.11.2026, whereby the petitioner was intimated that the petitioner will superannuate on 31.01.2026. Accordingly, it is submitted that she had already superannuated on 31.01.2026. Taking into consideration, the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands dismissed.
