Page 1 of 1. IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK TRPCRL No.71 of 2014 CNR No. ODHC010276412014 Supriya Samal ..... Petitioner None -versus- Harekrushna Rout ..... Opposite Party CORAM: MR. JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR MISHRA Order No. ORDER 29.08.2026 10. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is absent on call. 3. As per the office note, service of notice in admission, issued to the Opposite Party, matter is not yet complete. That apart, none appeared on behalf the Opposite Party till date. 4. It is revealed from the record that though the transfer petition was preferred in the year 2014 with a prayer to transfer the proceeding in Cr. P. No.2 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Cuttack, no interim order was passed while issuing notice to the Opposite Party. 5. Hence, it can be reasonably presumed that by efflux of time the prayer made in the transfer petition must have become infructuous. That apart, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is absent on call. 6. However, the transfer petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Kanhu (S.K. MISHRA) JUDGE Designation: JUNIOR STENOGRAPHER Location: High Court of Orissa, Cuttack.
