Since the present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an advertisement issued on 14.10.2014 under Annexure-6 and there is an interim order passed by this Court on 23.02.2015, restraining the Opp. Parties not to finalize the process of selection, this Court is of the view that with efflux of time the recruitment process initiated vide Advertisement dated 14.10.2014 has become infructuous. 4.
