This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 25.11.2014 passed by the learned Additional Spl. Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar in FAO No.14/60 of 2013 dismissing the FAO. The FAO had been filed challenging the order dated 19.03.2013 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhubaneswar in I.A. No.53 of 2013. 2. While issuing notice on 24.12.2014, this Court had stayed operation of the order dated 19.03.2013 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhubaneswar in I.A. No.53 of 2013 arising out of C.S. No.53 of 2013. 3. As the matter was listed on 22.07.2026 after more than 11 years, the learned counsel for the parties had prayed for an adjournment to obtain instructions and this Court had called for report from the learned trial Court regarding status of the suit. 4. Report dated 29.07.2026 is received from the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Bhubaneswar who has reported that the C.S. No.53 of 2013 has already been disposed of on 19.11.2016. 5. It is apparent that it refers to IA No.53 of 2013 and not CS No.53 of 2013. It has also been stated in the report that CS No.56 of 2013 has been disposed of as withdrawn on 12.12.2015 in the National Lok Adalat. 6. Mr. G.R. Sahoo, learned counsel files a memo, signed by Mr. M.R. Baug, learned counsel for the Petitioner stating that the Petitioner does not want to pursue this matter any further. The said memo is taken on record. 7. As the suit in the meanwhile has been disposed of, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this CMP pending, which is accordingly disposed of. 8. All pending interim application(s) stand disposed of. 9. WP(C) No.15782 of 2013 and WP(C) No.17861 of 2013 which have been tagged with this CMP may be listed before the assigned Bench.
