JUSTICE BIRAJA PRASANNA SATAPATHY ORDER 23.07.2026 Order No. 11 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 3. Mr. A. Parida, learned counsel appearing for Opp. Party No. 2 contended that the loan taken by the Petitioners in the meantime, has already been closed with receipt of all the amount as due and admissible. 4. To the submission made by Mr. Parida, learned counsel for Opp. Party No. 2, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners contended that since the loan has been closed, Opp. Party No. 3 be directed to issue the required NOC. 5. Considering the submission made, this Court while disposing the writ petition, directs Opp. Party No. 3 to issue the required NOC in favour of the Petitioners, showing closure of the loan account. Page 2 of 2. 6. It is observed that, if any such application will be moved in that regard within a period of two (2) weeks hence, Opp. Party No. 3 shall consider the same and issue the required NOC in favour of the Petitioners within a further period of two (2) weeks. 7.
