The matter has come up at the instance of the respondent nos. 2 and 3, represented by Mr. Arjun Ray Mukherjee, to seek corrections to be made in the judgment of this Court dated February 17, 2026 in the following manner:- i) In paragraph 7, 3rd line the name of “Mr. Subhendu Bandopadhyay” be substituted with name of “Mr. Arun Ray Mukherjee”. ii) In the 6th and 13th lines of the same paragraph, the name of “Mr. Bandopadhyay” be substituted with name of “Mr. Arjun Ray Mukherjee”. In the same paragraph 20th line, the word “Supreme Court” be substituted with “High Court”. iii In paragraph 8 the name of “Mr. Arjun Ray Mukherjee” be substituted with the name of “Mr. Subhendu Bandopadhyay”. 2 iv) In 21st line of paragraph 12 the word “Supreme Court” be substituted with “High Court”. 2) This order be read as part and parcel of this Court’s earlier dated February 17, 2026.
