The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 15.05.2025 passed by the Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 5807/2017, the petitioners have got all the benefits to which they were entitled to. Accordingly, it is submitted that as per his instructions, this contempt petition has become infructuous.
