The prayer made in the present petition is for commanding the respondents not to dislodge the petitioner from her present posting i.e., Anganwari Worker in Anganwari Centre, Mohalla Jattan Nar Tehsil Mendhar, District Poonch, without affording a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. Further, prayer has also been made for commanding the respondents to release the unpaid salary/wages of the petitioner w.e.f., October, 2012 till the date of filing the present petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is still working at the same place i.e., Anganwari Centre, Mohalla Jattan, Nar Tehsil Mendhar, District Poonch, and she has even been paid the wages as well. 3. Mr. Meharbaan Singh, learned Additional Advocate General submits that the respondents would not dislodge the petitioner from the Anganwari Centre where she is performing her duties at present without affording due opportunity of hearing. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents not to dislodge the petitioner from the present place of her posting i.e., Anganwari Centre Mohalla Jattan Nar Tehsil Mendhar, District Poonch, without affording due opportunity of hearing. 5.
