He further submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied, in case the respondents may consider his case in accordance with the judgment of the Supreme Court in U. T. of J&K and others vs. Saba Wani. Learned counsel appearing for the official respondents has no objection to the submissions made by Mr. Bhat. 2. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court(supra).
