Statements of the parties in both the petitions in the light of compromise have been reduced into writing before learned Registrar Judicial of this Court. The parties, in particular, private respondents/complainants have deposed that they have resolved all disputes and issues with each other and have no objection to the quashment of impugned complaint and charge-sheet. 02. Parties have been identified by their respective counsels. 03. In view of amicable settlement between the parties, both the petitions are allowed. As a result, order dated 14.05.2013, impugned in CRMC No. 187/2013 passed by learned Special Municipal Mobile Magistrate, Jammu and complaint vide which petitioners came to be charged are set aside. Challan No. 51/2012 dated 16.07.2012, impugned in CRMC No. 313/2013, pending on the files of learned 4th Additional Munsiff, Jammu is also quashed. 04.
