1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Harivadan Mishra for the petitioner and learned AGP Mr. Jwalant Vora for the respondent No.1.
2. Learned advocate for the petitioner has placed on record the copy of application which is submitted online for fixing the premium under Section 43 of the Tenancy Act, which is taken on record.
3. Learned AGP for the respondent No.1 confirms receipt of online application on 16.09.2026 and a hard copy of the application has also been received by learned AGP from the learned advocate for the petitioner today.

4. In view of the application dated 16.09.2026, the Authority concerned shall decide application within a period of two months from today after giving full opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. The decision shall be communicated in writing to the petitioner after the application is heard on merits. The authority shall not be influenced by the orders passed which are made part of the present petition.
5. In light of the above observations and directions, the present petition stands disposed of accordingly. Rule stands discharged. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier stands vacated forthwith.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the case.
