The record reveals that none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 09.09.2021. When the matter was next listed on 11.11.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought an adjournment on the ground of non- availability of the learned senior arguing counsel, and the matter was adjourned accordingly. 2. Thereafter, on 01.04.2022, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and case was again adjourned. On 04.02.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to have instructions from his client. Subsequently, when the matter was listed on 09.05.2025 and again on 04.08.2025, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Today also, when the matter was taken up, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition which is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution along with all connected application(s). 4.
