Mishra, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2. None appears on behalf of Petitioner. Perused the writ application as well as the prayer made therein. 3. By filing the present writ application the Petitioner has sought for a direction to the Opposite Parties to permit transfer of ownership, grant permit and fitness certificate after payment of the tax amount in respect of the vehicle bearing Registration No.OR-19J-4218. Though the present writ application was filed in the year, 2013, however the same is pending since long. On a Page 2 of 2. careful examination of the prayer it appears that the same has become infructuous with the passage of time, accordingly the writ application has been disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the Petitioner to revive the same in the event the cause of action still survives.
