None appears for the Petitioners when the matter was called. Perused the writ petition as well as the prayer made therein. 3. On perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, it appears that the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the provisional select list and waiting list of Sikhya Sahayak published on 02.12.2013. In the meantime more than a decade’s time has elapsed. It also appears that there is no interim order passed at the time of admission of the writ petition. 4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered view that the matter has become infructuous.
