On 11.12.2013, notices were issued by the Division Bench as it was then having the determination. After 22.04.2014, the matter has not been listed. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite his efforts to contact the petitioner remains incommunicado. It is submitted that the matter may be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same for any surviving/subsisting/continuing cause of action. He files memo of date, which states thus: “That despite trying to communicate to the petitioner, he could not be contacted. Therefore, there is no instructions. This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to dispose the matter with liberty to approach if cause of action subsists.”(sic) The memo shall be kept on record. Scanned copy be updated. 3.
