Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the relief as contemplated under Clause-1 of the MoU entered into between Seashore Health Care Pvt. Ltd. and the Government with regard to disputes arising between the parties. 4. The matter is required to be considered by the Collector at the district level and by the Mission Director, NRHM at the State level. Nothing appears from the record to indicate that the Petitioner has approached the Collector for redressal of his grievance. 5. Dr. Srikanta Mohanty, the Petitioner, who appears through virtual mode from Balasore, volunteers to submit his claim before the Collector, Balasore and accordingly seeks permission to withdraw this application with the liberty as aforesaid. The same is allowed. The Petitioner if so advised may approach the Collector, Balasore. In the event the grievance is raised before the Collector, Balasore within a period of two weeks, the Collector, Balasore shall consider the grievance of the Petitioner in accordance with the extant scheme and guidelines within a further period of three weeks thereafter. 6.
