On 23.02.2026 following order was passed : “1. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. The matter was presented before this Court on 4.12.2013 and more than 12 years have passed in the meanwhile. By order dated 11.12.2013 notices were issued directing requisites to be filed by 13.12.2013 and notice was made returnable within four weeks. On 13.01.2014 a coordinate Bench noted the statement made at the Bar on behalf of the petitioner that the requisites for issuance of notice to O.P. No.2 by registered post with A.D. has already been filed. Office note put up by the Registry dated 19.06.2014 indicates the following : “On verification it is found that no such requisites for issue of notice has been filed during the period from 11.12.13 to 13.1.14.” (sic) 2. Thereafter on 20.06.2014 another coordinate Bench noted the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that requisites for issuance of notices were filed on 4.5.2014. Thereafter for the past 11 years matter has not been listed. 3. There is apparent lack of interest on the part of the petitioner to prosecute the matter. 4. The matter shall be listed on 26.02.2026 under the same heading indicating that the matter shall be disposed of.” 3.
