the learned Sessions Judge, Phulbani, whereby the Respondents/Opposite Parties have been acquitted of the charge under Sections 498-A/294/306/34 of I.P.C.
8. Keeping in view the facts of the case, this Court is inclined to grant leave to the State to prefer an appeal against the impugned judgment and order of acquittal.
9. Accordingly, this CRLLP is allowed and the Registry is
directed to register it as a Government Appeal and after S.R., list the Government Appeal for fresh admission on 10th March, 2026.
