By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the following prayer: <(a) to issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 01.10.2012 of the Opposite Party No.2 under Annexure-1; AND (b) further be pleased to declare the selection process for the post of Ware House Assistant Grade-II by the Opposite Party No.2 is null and void; AND (c) writ of mandamus be issued commanding the Opposite Parties to appoint the Petitioner as Grade-II, Ware House Assistant within time to be stipulated by this Hon’ble Court; (d) pass any other order/orders, direction/directions, writ/writs as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice;= 3. Having regard to the age of the application which has been filed as back as in the year 2013, and the nature of relief prayed for, the cause of action appears to have not survived as on date. 4. It is for the above reason that the Petitioner has not taken any interest in pursuing the Petition. The Writ Petition accordingly stands dismissed as infructuous.
