DATE : 10.07.2026 PC : The appeal is filed by the appellant – VIDC, Yavatmal, thereby challenging the judgment an award dated 21.03.2011, passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in LAC No.208/2005. 2. At the outset, Mr. Dahat, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the matter is covered by virtue of the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and corrigendum dated 13.08.2018, whereby it has been directed not to prefer an appeal, if the enhanced Prity 2 / 2 253.fa660.2013 rate is less than four times the rate awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer. 3. Statement is accepted. 4. In view of the aforesaid Government Resolution and corrigendum, the appeal stands disposed of. Cross Objection No.4/2019 Though the present First Appeal, preferred by the appellant – VIDC, is being disposed of in terms of the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and the Corrigendum dated 13.08.2018, the claimants have filed Cross-Objection No.4 of 2019.
