Heard learned Advocate for the appellants. 2. This is an application for grant of permission to delete the name of appellant No.1 viz. Shamrao Deorao Ghormade, from the array of appellants and thereby, modify the judgment and order dated 08.12.2025. 3. Learned Advocate for the appellants submits that the appeal is allowed vide judgment and order dated 08.12.2025. He submits that, in fact, when this appeal was allowed on 08.12.2025, appellant No.1 was already dead. The said fact was not brought to the notice of this Court. After having realized that he has already expired, therefore, he is seeking to delete the name of appellant No.1. 2 5. FA 922 of 2013.odt 4. For the reasons stated in the application and submissions advanced, the application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period two weeks from today. After the amendment is carried out, the name of appellant No.1 be deleted from the judgment dated 08.12.2025 and accordingly, corrected judgment be uploaded. 5. In view of the above, the civil application is disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO.3051 OF 2026 6. This is an application for issuing appropriate directions to the respondents to deposit the enhanced amount of compensation. 7.
