1. Mr. Neeraj, learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that the reliefs in these suits were essentially against defendant no.1 namely M/s Aerens Entertainment Zone Pvt. Ltd. (in liquidation). 2. He submits that the plaintiffs filed an application under Section 446 of the Companies Act, 1956 seeking permission to continue with the present suits, however, the said permission has been denied by the Hon’ble Company Court. Accordingly, he seeks to withdraw the present suits. 3. In view of the above, the present suits are dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Mr. Neeraj submits that the original documents have been filed by him in these suits which may be returned to him. 5. The Registry is directed to return the original documents to the plaintiffs through their counsel i.e. Mr. Neeraj, in accordance with rules.
