Learned Counsel for the parties are ad idem that the position of the appellants in the present case is identical to that of the appellants in LPA 294/20131 and that, in fact these appeals are directed against the same impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge. 2. We accordingly dispose of the present appeal in terms of the order dated 4 February 2026 in LPA 294/2013 further clarifying that, consequent to the option exercised by the appellants, pensionary benefits would be released to them in accordance with Rule 37(A) of the CCS (Pension) Rules on the basis of the last pay drawn. 4.
