(ORAL) Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is entitled to the Ist ACP w.e.f. 01.01.2013, instead of 01.03.2019 service rendered by him in the Sugar Mill, based Appeal No.4446 of 2008, titled as ‘State of Haryana and another vs. Deepak Sood and others’, decided on 15.07.2008, Annexure P which was not taken into account while rejectin vide Annexure P-11. A representation dated 04.09.2025, Annexure P has been submitted to the respondents, evoked any response. He, on instructions, prays that a direction may be them to decide the same in a time bound manner. Learned counsel for the respondents have no limited prayer made.
