Learned counsel submits that father of the petitioner, who was working as Assistant Line Man, died in harness on 27.03.1991 and as per the Ex-gratia Scheme of the Government, he was neither given compassionate appointment nor any kind of financial assistance. He prays that his claim may be directed to be reconsidered in a time bound manner. 2. The aforesaid facts having been brought out, during the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, states that the respondents would not be averse to have a relook at the matter and decide the same afresh, within six months, in accordance with law, taking note of the submissions made hereinabove after granting opportunity of hearing to him, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
