As common issues are involved in the captioned appeals, with the consent of both sides, the same are hereby disposed of by this common order. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that dispute is confined to market value of super structure. The Land Acquisition DEEPAK BISSYAN 2026.07.17 10:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment RFA-6104-2013 and connected cases -2- Collector determined value of super structure which was lower than value assessed by valuer. This Court vide order dated 18.05.2026 in connected appeals including RFA-4488-2012 titled as Arun Salaria Vs. Punjab State and Ors. has already held that landowners would be entitled to average of value assessed by Collector and value proposed by landowners. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that Collector had assessed value as per prescribed common schedule of rates as applicable to PWD. The value assessed by private valuer cannot be relied upon. 4. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that delay in filing RFA-678-2026 and RFA-219-2023 may be condoned. Accordingly, delay in RFA-678-2026 and RFA-219-2023 stands condoned. It is clarified that landowners shall not be entitled to interest for the delayed period. 5. On being confronted with order passed by this Court in Arun Salaria (supra), learned State Counsel expressed his inability to distinguish present case from aforesaid case. 6. In the wake of statement of both sides, the appeals stand disposed of in terms of Arun Salaria (supra). 7. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
