The present petition has been preferred: “for initiation of contempt pro- Patna High Court MJC No.5479 of 2013(8) dt.09-07-2026 2/3 ceeding against contemnor/ re- spondents, who are willfully know- ingly and deliberately the order dated 20.06.2003 violation passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22605 of 2011 by Hon'ble Justice Shailesh Kumar Sinha one of the Hon'ble Justice of this Hon'ble Court. 3. The journey of battle between the parties have now moved out of the Patna High Court and reached the doors of the District Teacher Appellate Authority, Nawada where the appeal filed by the opposite party no.11, Rubi Kumari is pending and the present petitioner, Usha Sinha is a respondent. The matter relates to appointment as Panchayat Teacher under Nardiganj Gram Panchayat under Nardiganj block in the district of Nawada. 4. The first petition was filed in the year 2011 and we are in the year 2026. It is high time that the Appeal No. 01 of 2024 is taken to its logical conclusion, if still not concluded. 5. The Presiding Officer of the aforesaid authority, Nawada is directed to immediately conclude the proceeding and dispose it of preferably within a period of four weeks from the Patna High Court MJC No.5479 of 2013(8) dt.09-07-2026 3/3 date the copy of the order is handed over to him/her.
