While disposing the said writ petition, the Writ Court had permitted petitioner to submit an explanation in Form VI-A to the Tahsildar and as and when such application is made, to act on the same in accordance with law for the purpose of making necessary entries in the revenue records. 2 CGR, J C.C. No.1761 of 2013 Learned counsel for petitioner fairly states that the scheme of the Act since has undergone sea change by way of either amendments or issuance of new set of rules, any application seeking change of entries now since has to be by way of online application, the writ petitioner would take necessary steps in furtherance to the new scheme of the Act. In view of the said submissions and considering that by efflux of time, there is change in the scheme of the Act, while granting liberty to make appropriate application in the manner envisaged under the provisions of the Act, this Contempt case stands closed.
