LISA GILL, CJ (Oral) : Prayer in this writ appeal is for setting aside order dated 19.03.2012, passed by learned Single Bench, whereby writ petition was allowed, directing respondent No.2/ licensing authority i.e. the present appellant to renew the licence of petitioner’s sawmill for the current year. 2. Learned counsel for respondent/ writ petitioner points out that proprietor of writ petitioner sawmill has since passed away and he has no instructions in the matter. 3. Learned counsel for appellant on instructions from Conservator of Forests, Rajahmundry Circle, informs that sawmill as of now is not operational. HCJ & CGRJ WA_15_2013 4.
