The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent authorities submit that the cause in the writ petition no longer survives. It is submitted that the petitioner is no longer in occupation of the subject premises, as the property has since changed hands. It is further submitted that the present owner/landlord has demolished the existing structure and constructed a new building after obtaining the necessary permissions from the competent authorities. 2. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
