THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM WRIT PETITION NO: 26291 of 2013 ORDER:- The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following main prayer:
“….to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent authorities in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from his lawful possession in respect of the land land in Sy.No. 437/6 admeasuring Ac. 058 cents situated at Tiruchanuru village, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District, without following the due process of Law, as being illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess or in any manner interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect of the above said land, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case….”
2. On 30.04.2026 this Court passed the following order:
“No representation for the petitioner. Post on 05.05.2026 under the caption for dismissal. Registry is directed to print the name of Sri K. Mallikarjuna Moorthy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation, in the Causelist.”
3. The writ petition is instituted in the year 2013.
Though the writ petition is listed under the caption of „for dismissal‟, unfortunately, today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. 5 MRK,J W.P.No.26291 of 2013
