There is no representation for the petitioner today also. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State submits that the order of selection issued in favour of the petitioner was recalled vide proceedings dated 05.12.2013. It is also submitted that the respondents have issued a fresh notification calling for applications afresh. It is further submitted that the recruitment in pursuance of the subsequent notification has been completed and that the selected candidates are not made party respondents. 3. Considering the same, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
